Dr. Nasstrom has been a great psychiatrist for me. I came to him in desperation last year after struggling with anxiety. I was in a terrible place, with panic attacks and severe anxiety coming out nowhere. He was empathetic and patient, and helped me settle on the right medication for me and I've made incredible progress with him. 2019 . We are ALL comprised of three components.... the mental, physical and spiritual. If one is lacking, the other two falter causing an imbalance.
