Ya so i had changed my pcp to this guy i was talking to the receptionist bc i have been trying to get back on my benzo prescription and she had said last week hell probably give it to you not xanax but hell give you something and help you with your anxiety. The lead physician here is very kind and seems knowledgeable however his backup staff or whoever is handling back-end business such as follow-ups, medication assistance at this office is questionable. I went to a couple of appointments and had to call in to get updated info, and was not properly given guidance after needing additional help with getting follow up treatment for my diagnosis.
