The doctor was great fast and treated what I needed. There was a mistake they sent my prescription to the wrong place. I then called them multiple times over 30 mins no answers no call back. I had to walk back to them to get them to send it to the correct place. And even still once I walked back to the pharmacy they still had not sent it. I am someone who takes the public bus and due to them not answering the 7 phone calls and two voicemails I missed my bus home. I most definitely understand it’s “sick season” however this office is extremely slow even with an appointment! I sat in the waiting room an hour past my appointment, some more while in the room waiting and then even longer for my paperwork from the doctor. I was told I would be contacted the next day with my test results and no one ever contacted me. Luckily they have a patient portal and I used google to diagnose myself. This was amazing service! I was in and out! The doctor was amazing and took the time to listen to me and was able to give me medicine in order to help treat my bronchitis! I will definitely be back when I’m sick next.
