Absolutely terrible service. Took my son in for a strep test. Just needed the test done. They said they could get in and out quickly. No one was in the lobby, but it still took over an hour to get it done. Then they said it’s not a rapid test, but they’ll email results in 12-24 hours. Have not yet received any communication on his test. Called in to check on his results. One number is out of service, the other goes to a voicemail. Left 3 voicemails throughout the day. The doctor was great fast and treated what I needed. There was a mistake they sent my prescription to the wrong place. I then called them multiple times over 30 mins no answers no call back. I had to walk back to them to get them to send it to the correct place. And even still once I walked back to the pharmacy they still had not sent it. I am someone who takes the public bus and due to them not answering the 7 phone calls and two voicemails I missed my bus home. I most definitely understand it’s “sick season” however this office is extremely slow even with an appointment! I sat in the waiting room an hour past my appointment, some more while in the room waiting and then even longer for my paperwork from the doctor. I was told I would be contacted the next day with my test results and no one ever contacted me. Luckily they have a patient portal and I used google to diagnose myself.
