Dakota and Kylar were introduced to us while we were searching out a highly qualified personal trainer for two of my teenagers, each who plays a sport. For the past several weeks, I have attended training sessions with Dakota. He's done a great job working to understand my fitness goals and has helped me learn how to improve my strength and function while accommodating a lower back injury I am recovering from.
Dakota and Kylar do an amazing job! Super knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommended
I‘ve been so happy with my experience at Premier Health Clinic! I started with Kylar for chiropractic care for my back. I’ve continued with her for physical therapy, mobility and now strength training. She’s a good listener, knowledgeable and a good person. I highly recommend them.
