Update 12/18/24 - I made my appointment for 7am this time, figuring if I was one of the first of the day, I should get in and out more easily. This worked like a charm as I was in my room by 7:10am. It was my physical and everyone from the front desk staff, the nurse, and of course Dr. Hansen himself were fantastic. I didn't feel rushed, he listed and addressed every concern I had, and he was very receptive and non-judgemental to some of the actions I've taken to improve my health. All of those reviews are not true. Look, everyone can have a bad experience now and then. Dr. Eric Hansen is a wonderful caring doctor who listens and refills rx’s as quick as humanly possible. Usually by the end of the day. I suggest you try and find another doctor as nice as Dr. Hansen. Good luck. There aren’t any in the area.
Other reviews are on point that the frequency of visits to have prescriptions refilled and long wait times are unreasonable. It makes you wonder if it’s all about the money. I’d recommend finding an independent primary not connected to one of these large corporations like Premier health. That’s who I’m going back to where I used to live. I’d rather spend the hour driving a couple times a year than sitting in Dr. Hansen’s waiting room frequently for basically no reason.
Just a dumpster fire. My appointment was at 1 and I'm writing this review sitting in this office where I've been left. It's 2:15 and no doctor in sight. Last time I was here it was just as bad but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Dr. Hanson is a nice guy when you can see him but this office has ZERO respect for your time.
