Dr. Hansen is the best, he’s so thorough so patient in the way that he explains everything. The whole office is great. They are all so friendly and nice from the minute you walk in they are greeting you with a smile.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hansen and his amazing staff for decades. We as a community are lucky to have such a professional and educated care service. Thank you for your excellent devotion.
Ive been waiting a week for rx approval from the office staff for 1st prescription, not refill. Multiple times CVS has reached out without results. And, when I call apparently I'm the problem 🤔. "How can I help you?" should be your mantra instead of "how fast can I get you off the phone"
Went to office Doctor Hansen because I wasn't feeling good. Told me to get blood work done. Went waited ,no response feeling worst called office the doctor has 5 days to look over lab results. That Friday ended up in hospital. At the time of lab was a 6.7 % hemoglobin. By Friday hemoglobin down to 5.6 %. If I waited any longer I probably would not be here any more.
