Best place to be in Sydney
Best gym ever! Everything you need under one roof: heaps of weight training space and machines; amazing recovery facilities with saunas, cold plunges, a spa jacuzzi and pool; loads of cardio machines as well. Facilities are always immaculate and the towel laundering is such a useful addition. Yoga classes are also great. Sachin is so friendly and helpful! I’ve been training here for a while and couldn’t recommend it more. The gym has a great range of equipment and facilities, including excellent wet areas, and the towel service is a huge bonus for convenience. The PTs, staff and management are all friendly and approachable, which really sets the tone for a good vibe. Highly recommend!
Incredible facilities! Incredible Staff! Incredible quality! All I can say is INCREDIBLE! Honestly the best gym in Sydney. I got out of my way to make it daily. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the clientele are always friendly. 100 stars
Great gym with large weight & cardio area and great range of classes to keep things interesting. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and keeps things fun and always making sure you get the most out of each session. Highly recommend!
