Our very long term gym for good reasons
Great gym, outstanding if you want a full service club that provides a crèche, classes, sauna and residence training facilities. Only downside is it’s extremely well patronised so it’s best to avoid Saturday mornings and weekdays between 4-7pm.
After searching for a great gym, I was so happy to discover Premium Health & Fitness Centre. The gym is always clean, has an amazing range of equipment, and offers such a great variety of classes for all fitness levels. I’ve especially loved Sabina’s classes, she is incredibly inspiring, motivating, and brings such positive energy to every session. She really makes you want to push yourself and keep coming back. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a welcoming, professional, and motivating fitness environment!
