So I moved to Troy and I went back and was working with the medical assistant. We’re going over my medications and I asked her nicely, could you give me the generic name of them? And it was a huge deal….ummm okay. Then I asked if they do blood draws in office, she said no, and I explained that this office was not going to work for me and I went to explain….so then I was left in a room alone, get an alert for my “My Chart,” I didn’t even see the doctor, and I get the after notes! I was trying to be a new patient except I called Friday and the systems were down. No big deal. I told the girl, I’d be a new patient and she let me know the systems were down and to call back Monday. ALL day Monday, the phone rang busy. And I called 6 times. I assumed it was just because their system was down on Friday. Tried to be understanding. I called back Tuesday. Which is today, as the guy that answers informs me that they are only accepting new patients that currently have family members that are being seen at that p... read more

The staff was very understanding in a very stressful situation. They worked with me to help me understand what was happening.
