The worst car wash I parked my car at valet and had it washed it looked like the inside had not been cleaned and I was asked to pay extra for a deep vacuum the car was filthy and windows dirty doors weren’t wiped then ie as rudely told if I wanted a deep clean to pay for a detail. Disgusting customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND
Took my car last Thursday.. said it was going to take 2 hours …$120 and 4 hours later and I didn't realised they had left the floor mats COMPLETELY WET in the boot and the plastic mats nowhere to be found!! Ive been trying to contact them and nothing! Do not recommend this place at all and will be taking this further.
Left the car there for 2hrs and still they didn’t wash the car
Very disappointing experience. On Friday 13th June 2025, we visited Parramatta Westfield and parked at the valet, deciding to get our car cleaned while we shopped. Big mistake. We paid upfront for a full inside-and-out clean, including interior wiping. When we returned, the dashboard was still dusty — it looked like it hadn’t been touched. Even worse, we found scratches all over our new car.
