Horrendous experience with Alma. I came for a long haircut and asked to cut a few inches off to my chest level and she cut to my shoulder even though I explained 3x and showed. It is what it is that it's shorter but for her to not even be apologetic or concerned that I was crying show unprofessional behavior from her and the salon. Im just sad as I cut my hair to put it up for my wedding and now I can't even put up my hair.

Jasmina is a gem! She listens to what I need done and goes out of her way to make sure I am happy with the cut and style. I have been a few times now and am never disappointed!

Excellent experience! I went in with my 6 year old daughter as a walk in to get haircuts together. Jasmina did my hair and she did a fantastic job, giving my long hair a cut and style. I was so impressed with how they helped ease my daughter, who was very nervous about the hair washing. Rudi did my daughter's hair and was so warm and welcoming, showing her pictures of her daughter and offering to paint her nails to cheer her up! She even braided her hair at the end. Rudi took care of me and did everything I asked beautifully. It was clear that she did her job very well. Everyone was very kind and warm. I’m very satisfied and will definitely come again!
