Love it. I'm 53 and have only been constantly weight training since January after attending a boot camp elsewhere. Whilst there are some seriously strong people here, "gymtimidation" hasn't reared its ugly head once. That's a refreshing change. Maybe I'd be thirty 30 years into something rewarding if more places were like this. Believe me, I've joined loads of gyms over the years and never felt accepted. Give it a try. I'm positive you won't regret it
Started a couple years ago at 17. They were so friendly, even the members were golden. I left for a couple years and came back recently. They improved the gym a lot and I still felt very welcome. The staff are wonderful and so is the equipment. My ONLY iffy part is the price (for someone without a job, £40 a month is quite a lot)
Brilliant gym helped me with what I needed to know to get bigger, amazing staff just would like to say I highly recommend
