I would not recommend getting a policy with them. At the time of signing, they seem polite and accommodating, but once you cancel, they begin sending letters and emails claiming you owe a balance. For example, I canceled my policy on April 28, 2025, yet on June 30, 2025, I received a notice stating I had a due amount. How does that make sense when the policy was already canceled two months earlier?
