This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. As usual their customer service was second to none.
Premier GMC has been our source for our last 3 new Acadias. Each time we have left there with the best possible outcome, a clear understanding of how the vehicle and its electronics work, and knowing we bought a quality vehicle. All of the staff was courteous and helpful. CJ was clear and concise with explanations about the Acadia and the process of buying the vehicle.
I purchased a used vehicle at Premier recently. On the way home I noticed the automatic mirror did not work on one side. The dealership was not willing to correct this. I wish I would have caught it prior to completing the purchase, but was disappointed in their unwillingness to provide a good resolution.
