From our initial contact to the completion of our sunroom, the process and follow-through were excellent. The office staff, project coordinator, and installers were all outstanding, and especially Frank, the owner, who personally inspected the project to ensure it met his high standards of satisfaction. It couldn't have gone better. I would know, as I've owned a kitchen design center for many years. What began as an uninsulated porch is now a beautiful, all-glass four-season room addition. We couldn't be more pleased!
We had premier install sliding glass doors on a patio a few weeks ago. Installation seemed to go fine but during the last rain storm we had water leaking under the doors on two of the three sliders. We sent emails with pictures no response. We called and were promised a visit from a tech. Still waiting for a response or visit. According to review responses “they take customer service seriously” , they might say that but actions say otherwise.
Jordan came to give us an estimate on October 2, 2025 on a new door for our sunroom. They had done the original glass installment on our porch. He said he would get me an estimate the next day. Well days go back and then a week. I called the office and left a message for him to call me. Nothing. Another week goes by. I call again. Left a message with Michelle. Still nothing. I used them years ago and they were amazing. I guess something happened. I have been eating a month for a proposal. Nothing. I even reminded them. Again nothing. Too bad.
We needed new screens due to squirrels And wanted to be able to use our screen porch into the fall and spring without the expense of a three season room. Chose the easy breeze system which premier glass and acreen installed for us The screens arrived when they said they would and it took two days to install the young men doing the installation did phenomenal job. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them
