Hire literally any other contractor or business, the owner himself will tell you whatever you want to hear and then take your money and run. PGC will put in the cheapest materials to cut corners such as installing single pane windows that are not safe. Do not pay premier general contractors any money up front, they'll leave your project unfinished and end up costing you three times as much to have everything fixed to acceptable standards. First I’d like to mention 2 great men I had the chance to meet, Aaron and Austin. What cordial men. My bathroom was a mess. Not anymore. Austin you did a GREAT job!!!! You are a very talented man. I don’t want to leave the young woman who corresponded back and forth with me. Very pleasant as well. God bless you all. Thank you so very much.

PGC remodeled our bathroom in 2022. They corrected a shower leak in October 2023. We have other concerns with the quality and appearance of work done. We have contacted them more than a few times, sent pictures, pointed out the issues to members of their crew and still no effort made for a resolution. EDIT: Current photo of shower installed in September 2022. Warranty work on water leak done 4+ times through October 2023. Still leaking.
