Hire literally any other contractor or business, the owner himself will tell you whatever you want to hear and then take your money and run. PGC will put in the cheapest materials to cut corners such as installing single pane windows that are not safe. Do not pay premier general contractors any money up front, they'll leave your project unfinished and end up costing you three times as much to have everything fixed to acceptable standards. First I’d like to mention 2 great men I had the chance to meet, Aaron and Austin. What cordial men. My bathroom was a mess. Not anymore. Austin you did a GREAT job!!!! You are a very talented man.
