By far my WORST experience as a customer. Very disappointed with the deplorable customer service from Jeff at Premier Gems. I was overcharged $150 on a custom piece. I felt strong armed into accepting it since they failed to inform me of the sudden surcharge but also since I was completely disregarded when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Amazing experience with Premier Gems in Calgary! The customer service was excellent, and Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is one of the most knowledgeable people in Calgary when it comes to gem and jewelry appraisal. I highly recommend Premier Gems if you want professional, honest, and friendly service.
Premier Gems was excellent to deal with. They were very professional and fast. Very expert at what they do. I went in for a authenticity assessment and an appraisal of a piece of jewellery. They identified the stones immediately without me even mentioning what they were supposed to be which gave me immediate piece of mind of any doubts I had regarding if the stones were real. I will 100% use them again when the need arises.
Jeff and his team are amazing! My husband went to Premier Gems to get my engagement ring made, Jeff helped take his vision and bring it to life. It is one of the most beautiful rings I have ever seen and it’s so unique. So much care and love went into the work, Jeff was also able to source an authentic stone for my ring. We also had me wedding band made to match with my engagement ring, it also turned out beautiful!
