Jeff and his team are amazing! My husband went to Premier Gems to get my engagement ring made, Jeff helped take his vision and bring it to life. It is one of the most beautiful rings I have ever seen and it’s so unique. So much care and love went into the work, Jeff was also able to source an authentic stone for my ring. I got two rings sized as one was broken and one was too large as it was handed down to me from my father. What an amazing job Aaron and Shaun did. Super happy with the work at a great price.
Last year, I ordered a semi-mount ring abroad and I had a rainbow andesine labradorite (feldspar) stone in Calgary. I went to S.S. Goldsmithing on Center Street to set the stone into the ring. The jeweler set it in and rubbed the prongs over the stone with a silicone bit filing machine. At the end the stone was all scratched and the facets were ruined - they were looking matt like if you try to polish the stone with a sandpaper. That S.S.
