My entire experience here has been disappointing. After months of communicating on the portal and receiving little to no response, I was told I was “difficult to reach by phone by a Ms. Hopkins who apparently delivers results. I've been to other physicians offices in my hometown and there is no comparison to the way I'm treated at your facility! From the time I walk in through everyone I speak with, it's always a good experience. Dr. Merritt gives such great care. I appreciate it so much.
The staff is wonderful! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. One of the best experiences I've had at a doctors office. They care about the patients experience. I highly recommend Premier Gastroenterology!
