Very nice and friendly office staff, doctors, and nurse practitioners.
Dr Bertschy takes the time to listen and provide actual feedback. She makes you feel like a person and that you matter rather than a number and a paycheck. Her staff is always very attentive and the front desk is always polite.
They didnt know why I was there. They were looking at the wrong hospital visit and asserted the one in which I almost died didnt happen. I was there for a week, same building as the gi doctor. Was brought by ambulance and they had no idea. Couldn't find it either. Then they wanted me to go on a scavenger hunt all across the metro area and Kansas for a follow up. They will NOT be prepared to care for anyone the way humans deserve. Ill find somewhere else to go and this is a significant risk for me.
I have been going to this office for some liver issues. On October 16th I was told that I needed a specialized liver test before I could be put on medication. As of 12/16, (2 months later) I have still not gotten the test or medication. I have called the office and had to leave messages. I have not received replies. I feel like my health issues are not being taken seriously. I like doctor Erica Dailey but this office is aweful.
