Amazing experience. Staff and Doctor were very helpful and helped keep my wife relaxed for her colonoscopy. They even let me watch! The doctor was able to explain everything we were seeing and help me understand what he was looking at. Would definitely recommend.
I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor or better staff. They were great. They made my experience OK and they made me very comfortable and made sure everything was good with me. I’m very happy and I recommend dr Hyppa and his staff to anyone who needs to have some procedures done. Outstanding both my wife and I were very happy with our procedures. I have been seeing Dr Hiba for several years. He is very knowledgeable and cares very deeply for his patients. I have always been treat with respect from him and the entire staff. I recommend Dr. Hiba to anyone needing a Gastrologist.
Sat in office 3 hrs waiting to go over colonoscopy had to leave. Took my report with me had another doc go over it. Now calling for meds for 5 days. No call back
***Update* As you can see from the reply below, they are totally ridiculous. I have left 5 additional voicemails since their last letter and NO ONE has called me. Even if they want me to pay, they don't call back to do so. My insurance company has explained to me how they billed the claim improperly and exactly what THEY needed to do to rectify it.
