They put me on a 4 month waiting list, then the week prior they called and cancelled because the place they chose didn't take my insurance. If being treated isn't urgent and you'd like to potentially die waiting for treatment, premier gastro is for you. Update June 1, 2026: My doctor once again referred me to Premier Gastro and they put me on another waiting list. This time it was only 3 months and I was told my procedure would be sometime in May. It's now June. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your health.
Office staff is absolutely horrible. First procedure was canceled due to office booking wrong location. When I called to check what was happening with my procedure the next day, I was told it was canceled due to the location not taking my insurance. I ended up going back on the wait list ithe correct hospital months later. When I finally had my procedure, I had wait 2 months to talk to someone about my procedure. Dr Negusse is a WONDERFUL, caring doctor! I would recommend her to anyone that needs to see a gastroenterologist.
