Pilchuck garage door is the best. They have now come out twice to help us out. Fixing mistakes caused by the incompetence of the garage door installers - we wish we had found them before we replaced our garage doors, as they would have done it right to begin with. They are not the cheapest, but they are fair; both times they have recommended the simplest solution needed and executed well. In a time when everybody seems to want to upsell you all the time, its a pleasure doing business with a company like Pilchuck.
My garage door got dented. Pilchuck did a great job overall. They viewed the damage via video call. They reached out to the manufacturer and ordered replacement panels (after taking 50% deposit). They upfront told me that they wouldn't paint the garage door. They initially estimated 5 weeks for receiving the replacement panels but sent a text within 3-4 days for an installation date that was within 3 weeks.
