After another contractor tried to rip us off for $5500 for unnecessary garage door repairs, Edwin from Pilchuck came out and fixed the problem for $89.00. Excellent service, and thank you Edwin! Nice to find an honest contractor.
Great service from Pilchuck! Edwyn came out to troubleshoot our opener and gave us options for repair or replacement. Super pleasant and knowledgeable. Fernando was prompt with estimate for those options (and offering some changes I wanted) and scheduled us right away.
Pilchuck has replaced both of our garage door units after the olds ones failed at different times. Both installs went great, Fernando was easy to communicate with and schedule service with, and when one of the units had trouble a few years down the line he swapped out with warranty replacement parts to get it back in great working condition. Will absolutely use Pilchuck again if the need ever arises.
From the time they promptly responded to my initial email repair request, until the job was completed, the experience was FANTASTIC. Hope to refer them to family, friends and neighbors.
