This is the best ford service I have been! They’re professional, sharing detailes and care for the car
I went there for a recall and and was told that I had to wait estimated time for 5 hours. I was very happy that I didn't have to wait that long. I highly recommend going here. The employees were very friendly and respectful.
Called , was told to come in. Came in was told would take 3 days, when ready leave the car. Came 2 days later to leave car mechanic told me no we cant do it, we argued I went inside and then finally they took car. Left on a Wednesday evening got it back Tuesday of next week. They also charged me 27$ for inspection, which failed due to car not ready...? So they plugged in tool it said not ready, and told me to drive 100 miles. How do I get charged for inspection that never happened? Will never go back. Also they smoke inside ... read more
