Would not recommend, very slow service, they had my vehicle for 2 weeks and still couldn’t find the problem while another place found the issue within a day. The other place even said that they haven’t put on the bolts right and some of the bolts were missing. There is also poor communication and the service advisors are rude and arrogant.
Pleasantly surprised! Attentive—-pleasant waiting are—-Harry. & Reggie VERY NICE GENTLEMEN!!! Mechanic was clean and attentive to car needs!!
Reggie was detailed, helpful, patient, and professional. Service was well explained and done in timely manner
One of the most important aspect is depending on Ford to give us good service as we expect but walking into ford and speaking with your representative was so rewarding respectful and a comforting experience. Jovan thank you for your service and taking care of me. You were forthright not "bullshitting". This is what customers look forward to. We give respect, you give back respect with saftey towards our ride and good expectations. My dad always told us Ford is the best. He was right. God bless him and God bless all of you.
