Collecting money while temporarily closed, and not sending design @
never got my order and didn't get a call back after numerous calls to check order status
Less than one star if possible. Address on website is fake. Called at least 50 times and finally talked with Dawn to ask for new address. Refused to give. Arrangement daughter sent for $60 was nothing like the picture. Received filler flowers in a non-descript vase and they didn't even add their florist name or info to the card. Refused to give partial refund or replacement arrangement. Stay away!!! Fraudulent business.

Our team ordered flowers for our boss and we had to remove two daisies because they were wilted and the roses were brown around the edges. They were delivered to the wrong address. We contacted them and they sent a replacement bouquet the following week. I'm so over Teleflora because their fulfillment companies are consistently bad.
