Thomas Dean, owner, STOLED my husband money, $1455.00 to be exact. My husband ordered flooring in May 2025. We were previous customers and though the initial work was done poorly, my husband wanted the same flooring to complete another room. Flooring was ordered and paid for but never received. Mr. Dean gave so many excuses as to why the delivery was delayed. Then he just didn’t answer our calls. He kept our money and never provided the product. Mr. Dean and his company provided poor quality tile work in my bathroom and shower: The floor tiles blocked the bathroom door from closing, were slanted on a level surface and several pieces cracked. The tile on the shower walls and the waterfall were uneven. Despite three attempts to correct the waterfall it was still poor quality workmanship.
Thomas was admitted man of his word his people came in and did our master bedroom and closet in one day
