BE WARE!!!!!! We have a new home that had a year warranty that was in February. We have been trying since February to get our floor fixed. They are trying every way not to fix what needs to be fixed, which is breech of contract and not honoring their warranty. They have made excuse after excuse of why they have not done the job. Wish these people would respond to voicemails or requests sent via their web page. I have been trying to get a hold of someone since December for a repair covered by warranty as are several other people I know in the same community.

Brandon is a very knowledgeable and professional sales associate. Helped us design our master shower remodel beyond expectations. Look forward to using Premier in the future remodel for our hall bath.
