Really like this gym overall—good equipment, friendly vibe, and usually not too crowded. My only complaint is that it is consistently way too hot inside. It makes workouts uncomfortable and sometimes even tough to finish. I’ve noticed it during all kinds of workouts, not just cardio. A cooler environment would make a huge difference. Hoping management can take this into consideration.

While working out one evening in April (2024), I grabbed an attachment for the seated row machine, unaware that a metal shard was protruding from it. The shard lodged into my finger upon contact, severing a nerve. I had to go to the emergency room to have it removed, finally getting home at 1 a.m. with a hefty medical bill and permanent numbness in half my finger. I left the gym in 2023, which was confirmed by the owners. However, unauthorized withdraws from my bank account continued to happen in 2024 & 2025, leaving my account negative. I contacted them regarding this issue and it was resolved, but throughout the process there was minimal communication from the Premier Fitness team to me (customer).
