We have had a very disappointing experience with Premier Fire over the past few years. Despite being on their annual inspection list, they have repeatedly failed to schedule and conduct our inspections on time. This has forced us to make multiple follow-up calls each year just to get them to come out. This year, they missed our inspection again, and when our backflow started leaking, they did not respond at all.
