Shitty company there employees have tried putting back wet insulation into the wall, I also had to show there crew to cut carpet, then they packed my stuff with zero care almost breaking some of my expensives items which were speakers and alot more, they promised to fix their problems and said they would be in next week or the week after and after everything I had to do all the work myself since this company couldn't do there job properly in the first place and it took me 1-2 months waiting for them to get here and then afte... read more

I am quite angry with how we've been treated by this company. I am a tenant in a home that flooded back in the first week of June. Premier was great at first. The crews were in right away to set up dehumidifiers and fans. And shortly after that were back in for demo. But that is where the good times ended. We went 3 weeks with no follow up from the company before they sent another crew out. And that crew was sent with a work order to do the demo that had already been done. Premier reponded to a sewer backup at my home,project managar Jessica and her team did an outstanding job cleaning up the mess.I highly recommend this company,thanks again to Jessica for going above and beyond expectations.

Aaron Deines and his team took on repair work at my apartment following a flooding incident this winter. They managed to complete the job to a high standard despite a tight deadline. Throughout these repairs, Aaron has been fantastically helpful and responsive. I would most definitely recommend this crew,
