Employee Drew Vaughn is very unprofessional personally attacks people online and they can’t do simple repairs that any real fabrication shop should be able to
Mostly rude people here. Never met a “custom fabrication” shop that can’t do simple fixes. Also, found loose bolts installed by them. Paying good money for mediocre work plus they leave the phone off the hook so you can’t get updates. I suggest cd truck center a few miles up the road.
I reached out to Jeff R about mechanical issues I had with my fleet of ambulances. Jeff convinced me to give their service department a shot. These guys were on site within an hour and got the ball rolling. They found and repaired a slew of problems that were neglected by a local dealership who we entrusted with maintenance.
