Octopool's bought out Premier Fiberglass but apparently aren't interested in bringing aboard its old customers or it's warranties. Not only does Octopool's not answer their phone, they don't return calls timely, or at all for that matter. Oh and by the way, the one time I did catch the owner by surprise, he completely lied to me and then ghosted my husband and I thereafter. New company, new business?, off to a really bad start. Follow up - The new owner Bill took care of my issue immediately. After two years the pool has been fixed and fixed right. Great to have customer service like this finally. Since the new owner has taken over it was a 180 degree change for the better! Thanks Bill for resolving our pool issues.
My husband Dan and I are very happy with our pool resurface with fiberglass. They were responsive , on time , good work , and professional . We were so pleased with color they recommended. The coping with stone to replace outdated brick was perfect! The tile they replaced was also done nicely . We went with larger tiles at the top of the pool in a cobalt color 4x4 so less grout line .
