We chose premier because we used them 5-6 years ago and had such amazing service. Crew arrived when we were told they would and the fence was up in 2 days. This time....Quote on 8/14/17 and told 5 weeks out, but probably would start sooner. They started 7 weeks later and placed some of the posts in our neighbors yard. Did they not survey the yard? It took them 5 days to come back after placing posts incorrectly. We were told they would send two crews so that it would hopefully be completed by today (10/3). I arrived home at ... read more

I had a representative look at my fence on 4/28/2014, and was told I'd receive a quote within two days. The representative was very nice, and friendly but I never received the quote promised. I called a week later inquiring about the quote and was told I would have it the next day. Still, the quote was never received. I tried calling the week after that and no one would return my calls.
