I called on May 30th for an estimate; the lady on the phone was very nice. She scheduled one for the next day (Thursday) with Chris. He texted me saying he would be at the house around a certain time. I texted him the following day asking about the estimate. He said that once he had it written up, he would send it via email. I texted him for a follow-up. Nothing to this date!
I had a terrible experience with Premier Fence and Deck. Chris and his crew damaged my irrigation system, causing a water leak. Despite multiple assurances from Chris that he would return to fix the issue; he never followed through. It has now been over a month, and my attempts to get the problem resolved have been ignored. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. Ricardo Lopez
After the tornado in May of 2023 in Temple, these guys got to us quickly and had our fence like new in no time. We truly appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We used them for a fence replacement and they charged the homeowner for the work after we had already paid them. VERY SHADY and unethical. This company has not respond or answer calls for over a month and we are in the process of making a police report and filing charges. Rick Scott should be in Jail!
We had a great experience and highly recommend Premier Fence. Rick was quick with any questions we had about the estimate and materials. They use high quality materials and took the time to do things the right way. Chris and crew installed the fence and were prompt & professional and had great communication.
