First off, Dr. Narbone is absolutely wonderful. I work with children and have referred many families to her office. However my issue lies with the front desk staff and lack of emergency appointments. I expressed that my eyes are having a major change and I am seeing spots and vision doubles (my next scheduled apt is in November). I called last week and spoke to someone in the office and she said “well ya .. there’s no apt. So you can come in at the end of October, but that’s it.) Dr.Luty and Dr.Narbone are both amazing optometrists! Staff is friendly and knowledgable; they are honest and extremely helpful when it comes to glasses. They have a great selection of frames, so much to choose from and frequently have new options. When my grandma's glasses broke, they were able to get her new ones SAME DAY! Highly recommend to all friends and family.
The most compassionate doctor I have ever met she is so caring about her patients I would highly recommend this office
