Dr. Luty and Dr. Narbone are truly the best around! Everyone who works here is so incredibly kind, very helpful at navigating insurance coverage, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to eye concerns. The doctors and the majority of the staff are also fluent in Polish, which is so beneficial to the members of our community who don't speak English as their first language. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will absolutely be a lifelong patient here.
I can only say good things because my experiences there over the past 3 years are all positive. The entire staff I worked with was friendly pleasant and helpful.They all listened and tried to find the best options for you. I have worked with different people there over the years and all were good.The girl that is the doctors assistant now was very good, and I think her name was Victoria, but all were accommodating and knowledgeable. Have I ever been here, no. However, I drive by nearly every day and the funny signs that are typically posted up front always bring a smile to my face. If I ever were to need an optometrist, Premier would have been my first choice. Could you imagine my disbelief when I saw that the funny signs were replaced with boring informative signage? i have never gotten a service done here, but it does seem from all the other lovely reviews that this place is amazing. what i do want to give 5 stars on is the amazing messages on the sign out front on Harlem ave. every single time i pass by it, it makes me laugh or giggle. whoever does these NEEDS a raise! you are amazing i have been reading them for years (or at least since u opened).
