I’ve had such a great experience at Premier Family Physicians. Both Stacy and Elizabeth are incredibly thorough, patient, and genuinely caring every time I visit. They always take the time to listen and make sure I feel informed and supported. When calling to schedule an appointment as a new patient, we dealt with the most unprofessional and rude receptionist. Such a simple task seemed to anger and overwhelm her. What a poor first impression.
Told the doctor I have an immune disorder and they refused to do a virtual appointment for a routine lab work request visit. They said I needed to have visited in-person within the last six months… it’s been eight. So I’m just supposed to be routinely sick, then I guess? Or come in and sit next to patients with COVID or the flu? For a healthcare practice they don’t seem to care at all about immune compromised patients. Done with this place. My experience begins when I have my medical records sent to them. My first meeting with the physician I ask if he has reviewed my history. He says no, they don’t have it. No true. He goes and checks. Says staff never gave it to him. Next, I meet with the practitioner who lies to me about med regulation. Next, request that my blood work be done prior to physical so Doc can review and we can discuss. They promise to do that. Lie number three. They did not. I am getting a new healthcare provider. I’ve been going here for about a year and I got a prescription for a pill that helps me sleep. It’s always 30 pills, no refill. So every month I have to call add ask for a refill. This last time , the doctor wouldn’t fill it and never explained why.
