I have had nothing but issues with this physicians office. Recently, I went in to get a referral for a specialist and was told the doctor would issue a referral STAT since I was in a lot of pain. I went in on Thursday, was hoping for a call back that following day but never received one. I called Monday morning and spoke with a CSR who told me that the referral was not issued because this doctor was not listed as my PCP. Dr. Will Noble is an exceptional physician and one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I’ve ever encountered. He’s an active listener and always provides swift, thoughtful response to which I am truly grateful. If you are new to the area, or active duty military seeking a PCM who accepts Tricare Prime (Remote), I highly recommend Dr. Noble and his team. You won’t be disappointed.
I have always received great care from the doctors in DS . They see you on time unless an emergency occurs. The doctors listen and provide the best treatment.
Just called to make an appointment as a new patient and was answered by a very rude receptionist, Maria. All I said was, “Hello?” And she put her mouth as close to the receiver as she could and said “MAY I HELP YOU?!” No, ma’am, you may not.
Every time I’ve gone to this office, I’ve had an issue. In December 2023 I went to this office for a sinus infection. The nurse came in and told me they would be doing a flu and Covid test even though I had already done an at home Covid test and I was pretty sure I did not have the flu. There was bad communication and no one asked me if this was OK and/or gave me pricing on this and then they slap me with a very large bill later for these unnecessary tests. Moving forward to today.
