I went online the other day to book an appointment. Needless to say it didn't go through but I didn't know that until I was at the Dr office. Well I will have to say Lyndsey was awesome getting me squeezed in, she saw how sick I am. She was the absolute sweetest person ever. I can't thank her enough for all she did for me today!

Frustrated: I needed a prescription refilled and was informed that I need to make an appointment first. I asked why they wait until I was out of a medication to inform me of this. She said that everyone was different. I understand that but if I needed an appointment scheduled for refills, why wouldn’t they inform me when I was there and schedule an appointment when I was in the doctor's office. The lady I spoke to was very rude, unprofessional!!!
The team is very kind and attentive. It's also quite easy to schedule short-notice appointments. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new primary care physician!
