Waist of time, office is unclean unorganized spent over three hours waiting when I was the only person there. Dr left office while I was in the exam room never to return so I left. Had scheduled bloodwork at 8am a few days later to see staff not show up on time.. complete waist of my time. The way I see it they owe me money...
Dr. Phillips has been my general physician for several years now and I can only give him the highest praise for his professional and courteous manner, as well as that of his nurses and office staff. Whereas many doctors will just stare at your chart, nodding periodically before scribbling down a prescription and sending you on your way with more questions than answers, Dr. Phillips actually listens and works with you to address the issue with patience and consideration.
