He is my mothers dr he use to be a good dr but now he has got to be sorry as hell and his staff is too they dont do their job neither. So if i was you and thinking about using him you need to pay these 1 star reveiws attention. I will not be taking my mother back to this sorry dr because apparently i cant put any faith in him or his staff any longer.
My mother went to her appointment with okaroba. She has rash. She also has lost her appetite which he wrote her prescriptions for. Go to the pharmacy to pick them up they were not there. Pharmacy said denied and all he had to do was send a appeal. Spoke with his staff and it still hasn't been taken care of. My brother spoke with okaroba he assured that it would be taken care of. All the 1 star reviews ARE CORRECT very unprofessional. Verbatim this sorry excuse of a "doctor" told me I'm "pissing him off" because I told him I believe what my obgyn told me versus what he is telling me. Instead of being a person who can do more research and get back with me he rather go with his lack of knowledge. Unprofessional, not knowledgeable, and prescribes you anything without looking further into it. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Knows his stuff really well
I love the whole team and they love me back even on my veteran grouchy days!! Are they perfect…No…but they’re perfectly perfect for me!! REAL. I’ve worked on the clinical/administrative side of medicine military/private for 25 years and Dr. O (hands down) is one of the best! The knowledge/care/attention that you receive (in my opinion) from him is worth waiting for.
