Dr. Malik is great. She’s thoughtful, smart and listens to all of my concerns. I moved to Jersey City a couple of years ago and still make the trek down every year for my annual exam. Highly recommended.
The sales associate suggested buying on the day they have deals and submitting a claim through insurance afterward. She did not mention that it was either their deal or the insurance coverage. I spent time submitting claims, which were then denied. After that, I spent an hour calling my insurance. Next, I had to go back to the store to redo my purchase but go through insurance. Dr. Malik is so lovely and smart, exactly what you want in a medical professional. My two children and I saw her for comprehensive exams and the process was smooth and easy. We were in and out in 90 minutes which was efficient but also not rushed and extremely comprehensive. I highly recommend Dr. Malik for your eye care needs.
