Called to get a appointment and was told being new patient wouldn't be able to get appointment till June or July. Only spoke to receptionists but i don't go to dr unless I need to
I had an appointment not that long ago. The staff was nice and polite then. But when I came back to order glasses the lady that set me up with the glasses said I had out standing balance which I did not know and that I could go ahead and order my glasses and make arrangements for the outstanding bill. They forgot to order my son's contacts they did not want to admit to it. I called for 2 weeks with no call back, 2 months later finally have them in and then we make an apt to get them they are running an hour and a half behind they will not give me the contacts or a refund for them. People work children have school so I missed work and pulled him out of school for nothing. Not an apology a discount nothing. Needless to say this is not how you get new business I will be going elsewhere from now on.
Doctor was good. Some office staff were hesitant to help. I finally left without ordering new glasses.
