Wouldn't recommend. I spent hundreds on glasses that I've never been able to wear due to adjustment issues. They refused to let me return them even though I can't see out of them. I've worn glasses for 35 years and have never had issues until going here.
Several occasions they have not called to tell me that glasses for my children have made it in, causing them to go without for an extra week or more. They have gotten prescription wrong, caused me to waste A LOT of money on contacts and multiple occasions have been extremely rude. If they wasn't the only place that my insurance is accepted or place to go for eye care I'd recommend somewhere else.
Been here a few times and this last time I sat for 2 hrs past my appointment time waiting until I had to just reschedule and leave because I had work at noon got there at 10
I've been with Premier Eyecare Associates for the last 4years and they're all great for the small town community and I have never been let down yet!
Been a patient for several years called for more contacts or an appointment if that was needed. Was told needed an appointment but it would be 3 months for my regular doctor or 2 months for someone else. I then explained that I would not have contacts as I am on my last pair. Lady said there was nothing she could do about it. I would think if they couldn't get someone in that they would go ahead and refill contacts until they could get patient in for appointment, but NOOO .
