This was our first time at the establishment. The entire staff were very friendly and addressed whatever concerns we had. They also have a wide selection of nice frames.
I have been coming here for years (mostly to the Auburn location), and never have I encountered such a distasteful interaction as the one I just had with Jessica in the Opelika office. Her polite yet condescending tone has convinced me my business is not wanted or appreciated. Going the extra mile to resolve customer concerns has truly become a thing of the past.
They is slow as ever.... They call the ones with bluecross insurance first I guess...They making me think about changing over to someone else...
This was the first time visiting this office with my daughters and I was very impressed! From speaking with Ms Betty (she has a beautiful spirit) scheduling their appointments, the receptionists that checked them in, Stephanie and Jillian that started their exam, Dr Puckett who performed their exam (she took her time, explained everything, and answeredall questions), last but surely not least, the two young ladies that fitted them for their glasses.
