I was so hesitant and nervous to choose a catering company for our wedding… I’ve had TERRIBLE wedding food and I really believe it can make or break the event. We cannot recommend Premier catering enough for your wedding!!! They went above and beyond handling our tables/chair set up as our venue did not do this. They worked incredibly well with our planner to work on our tablescapes and it turned out amazing. The food on the day of was even better than during our tasting and all our guests said it was an incredible buffet and well presented for our black tie event. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN! Premier is a MUST ! I decided to do catering, bartending, and decor with them and they did not disappoint. They went above and beyond of what I expected.
