Ashley at the front desk is an angel! We came in after hours and she was a pleasure to interact with. The doctor and nurses were also very sweet and helpful.
I came because I had an extremely painful sore throat around 8 am. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and I got checked in fast. I told them my symptoms in which they only swabbed me for strep, came back negative, but continued to rule it out as strep. Looked at my ears, said nothing was wrong with them (Later found out I had an ear infection). Went in Tuesday at 6:55pm for a sore throat and was admitted into room and looked at but was in a room until 9:15pm when I was released. All that for a sore throat and on top of that I was late getting my items from curbside pickup. The only thing they said was they were waiting on Doctor Asundi to write the scripts. They even said I’d leave with some medication to help. I didn’t get any medication so I was suffering that night. By the time I left no pharmacy was open for me to drop off the scripts. I was hesitant about going to urgent care, cause of all the horror stories, but this one is 10/10 everyone was nice and friendly, I didn’t feel rush and I wasn’t forgotten, I went in with an upper respiratory infection and an ear infection
