My friend went inside for a rattlesnake bite that was bleeding nonstop and they had no rush to get him anywhere. He was inside for 5 min just standing around before a nurse finally told him that they cannot do anything to help him and we have to go to another urgent care that “MIGHT” be able to help him and that it is the “best bet” for anti venom. There was no hurry at all and did not give him anything for the bleeding when we left.
The service here was exceptional! Larry the RN and the doctor went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and felt safe. They also took the time to listen to me as well. The doctor explained the “why’s” and the “next steps” which put my mind at ease.
Great customer service, Rachel was extremely helpful and provided lots of clarity, thank you!
Pre employment shots received I was in and out. No issues. This place has the kindest staff. The ladies at the front were funny. Elis who gave me the shots was very kind and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Thank you ladies.
