If I were to review the tonsillectomy itself, I would give it a review of negative one billion stars. The care I received through the awful recovery, however, has been anything but. Dr Adam has a really great demeanor that made me feel very comfortable moving forward with the procedure, and when my pain was flaring up he didn't treat me like a druggy just trying to get more meds, but reassured me that everything will get better and gave me the script I needed. Waited 3 weeks for appointment, saw nurse practitioner told them my issue. Have me an ear. Cleaning sent me on my way, that did not fix my issued
Absolutely the worst patient care ever! No prep for an in office procedure, patient wasn’t numb and could feel everything, no after procedure instructions. Absolutely awful experience. Would never recommend this place. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!
Waited 6 months for this appointment wanting to see a female doctor. Scheduled with a completely different doctor and never notified of the change. Waited a hour past my scheduled appointment time and never saw anyone. Canceled appointment, waste of time for me, going elsewhere.
