am extremely disappointed with Premier ENT in Middletown. I paid my doctor’s fee in full at the office, and I even have the credit card approval and receipt to prove the payment was processed. Despite this, they still reported that I owe them money and placed it on my credit report, which is completely unacceptable. This has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Wish I could give them more, the ent himself is a very nice man, the front desk ladies are so sweet, the building is clean! Billy that does the allergy test is the sweetest person ever. This place is phenomenal!
The nurses were great, they're the only reason for the 2 stars. The ladies at the reception desk had the worst attitudes and Dr. Dominick Greda even worse. After the ladies threatened me with calling CPS (for not having my daughters medical card) the Dr. acted as if we were making my daughters diagnosis up. Finally after confirming my daughters diagnosis twice, maybe now she can get her hearing aids. Nurses keep up the great work and maybe everyone else will follow.
Dr. Jones is truly an amazing doctor. He has been taking care of me for the past couple months. I just had surgery on my salivary gland and he’s done everything in his power to make me feel comfortable. He actually cares about you and it shows. I don’t see myself seeing anyone else but him for the rest of my ENT days. Thank you Dr. Jones.
