My mom and I Carroll Roberts work with Kayla to get her new hearing aids. Kayla was very well trained. We went there this morning to pick up the hearing aids. She put the hearing aids in my mom‘s ears. I said something to my mom. She says you are talking loud and I told her praise the Lord. am extremely disappointed with Premier ENT in Middletown. I paid my doctor’s fee in full at the office, and I even have the credit card approval and receipt to prove the payment was processed. Despite this, they still reported that I owe them money and placed it on my credit report, which is completely unacceptable. This has caused unnecessary stress and frustration.
