I was spectacularly disappointed with the doctor's. I had a double ear infection in late January of 2025. I saw them in April 10th, of 2025. The younger ENT said, I should have been seen 2 months earlier, which I begged to be seen sooner. After finding out I am now completely deaf in my left ear, the older doctor said, "It is what it is". I don't care for that comment anymore. It is the easy way out. Lazy doctors. They gave me three options, get a cochlear device, hearing aids, or just live with it. Very disappointed with this healthcare provider. I waited over three months for an appointment, only to have it canceled just two weeks before the scheduled date because the doctor decided to take the day off. Instead of offering an earlier option or arranging for another provider to see me, the office pushed my next available date out another four months—meaning I won’t be seen until April 2026.
