I have NEVER in my life been to practice, where the front staff is sitting at their desk eating lunch as you stand there waiting to be greeted and to hear "we're at lunch, you can sit down we'll call out when we're done" A few minutes go by, the lady at the front short gray hair days "OK, we're done with lunch and you can now check in". They butchered my eardrum, and made me cry and argued with me when I expressed pain. They made my problem extremely worse, as now I'm completely deaf in my ear and it hurts so much worse they are a joke, Stay away from these clowns!
Dr alwani and his secretary and nurse or whatever they are, they completely ignore people and disregard their pain and concerns when things happen that shouldn't, when u ask to see him ur denied an appointment ur only allowed a return call of they feel like it. This place also discriminates if they know anything about u they don't like or sent approve of and his nurse or whatever she is made that clear to me the last time she spoke to me then she had to correct herself. Not happy with this place at all the dentist office is a joke it doesn't take a month to get dentures Samara was rude this is unexpected if I new this from the start I would never have went to this dentist office at all they get - Star no Star at all I will never recommend this place to anyone and if someone I know says that there going to this dentist office I will highly suggest them to find another place to go
