Dr Mallen really is the best doctor. He helped me so much. I had to get ear tubes at 57 yrs old for a a blockage . He is very kind and has a really nice bedside manner. Easy to talk to and listens to you . Not like some places he doesn’t rush you. I really like him a lot I would recommend this practice to everyone who needs a great ENT
I have always trusted Premier ENT with my children's care. My son and daughter have been with the practice since Dr. Jaffe was there; they both needed ear tubes as babies. I was a little hesitant to see a new doctor, knowing my son needed to be seen for a concern; now age 12. However, Dr. Mallen is phenomenal! Wow, Wow, Wow! AMAZING Staff and Docs! I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment, I actually missed my appointment. The Staff could tell I was in a horrible state with vertigo and moved heaven and earth for me to be seen by Dr. Nanda later in the day. I can honestly say I feel like a whole new person thanks to their care and concern for my well being. You guys ROCK! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
