I have always trusted Premier ENT with my children's care. My son and daughter have been with the practice since Dr. Jaffe was there; they both needed ear tubes as babies. I was a little hesitant to see a new doctor, knowing my son needed to be seen for a concern; now age 12. However, Dr. Mallen is phenomenal! Wow, Wow, Wow! AMAZING Staff and Docs! I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment, I actually missed my appointment. The Staff could tell I was in a horrible state with vertigo and moved heaven and earth for me to be seen by Dr. Nanda later in the day. I can honestly say I feel like a whole new person thanks to their care and concern for my well being. You guys ROCK! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Dr. Nanda is friendly and thorough. I was happy with my initial care and follow-up.
This place is the most unorganized office I have ever seen. I made an appointment with Dr Burstien 6 weeks in advance. I then received a call to confirm my appointment with a different doctor and a different time!! Only excuse they gave me was the person who handled that no longer works there. Told me it would take another month to see Dr Burstien. Do yourselves a favor and go to Jefferson ENT and stay far away from this place.
