Premier ENT has excellent physicians and a personable staff! My frustration was in obtaining a timely appointment and scheduled surgery. It took 2 months to schedule an appointment to see a surgeon for thyroid cancer. I tried repeatedly to get a sooner appointment offering to come in anytime on any day and was told they would show the doctor my test results if my doctor would fax them to the office which was done immediately, but never received a call. Aside from the scheduling nightmare, zero communication and rude staff…I had a botched tonsillectomy performed by a doctor at this office. To the untrained eye it is obvious something went wrong! I had to fight with the office staff to see the doctor on call for a follow up after repeatedly explaining that I was having postoperative complications! Mary Kate Surgical Scheduler My experience with Mary Kate has been exceptional. She needs recognition. If you are ever nervous about a surgery this is the person you need. She spent the time to answer every little question that I had and worked with me through the process never rushing or pushing me. I have not had my procedure yet but so far its been top notch. Dr. Mallen has been great in office as well. Everyone has been clear and transparent. Thanks Premier ENT!
Office staff is so sweet and helpful for someone with a lot of anxiety...and I can not rave enough, Dr Mark B is absolutely amazing. The man, the legend—I'm forever grateful for you actually listening to me when something was wrong and I was a teenager.
