I have used Premier Energy for about 8 years. I fill two - three times a year. Always pay on time, no issues. Always friendly staff. Ordered for a full fill this fall as always then called last week and was informed they were not taking anymore deliveries. I thought they meant for new customer and I told the lady on the phone, I had been using them for years. She stated they were booked for two months and would not take my order. She was actually rude. I have used this company for years and now they are refusing to even allow me to schedule a deliver. They report being too busy and even though I am ok with waiting they are still refusing to even schedule anything. If you are looking for a reliable company this is not it!
Always friendly staff. Love my auto fill so I don't run out of propane. Also great rates on propane
My deliveries have always been good. The lady I spoke to at the front desk was a bit unpleasant and abrupt. She needs to brush up on her people skills.
